Who Are We?

Here at Castle Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center, we have devoted ourselves to the health of you and your loved ones. Our dedicated team is able to provide specialized and complex care to fulfill all care needs.

We offer Respiratory Therapy for Vent and Trach Care, In-House Hemodialysis, Wound Care with Wound Vac Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, IV Medication, TPN Services, Diabetic Services, Behavioral Health Services, Cardiac Therapy and so much more. We are here to help and we take pride in our ability to assist in every care needs you and or your loved one needs.

We have two indoor outdoor courtyards, spacious rooms, religious services, fine motor activities, social activities- including BINGO, and we help with transportation needs. We are now accepting Cigna Insurance as well!
